HousePeek

For Windsor–Essex agents

For Windsor–Essex agents

Every listing deserves its own story.

HousePeek turns your listing into a property-specific editorial page — designed around the home, carrying your name and brokerage, and built to be shared with buyers and sellers.

Proof you can open

Different homes. Different stories.

01Live client work

Live client work. On the record.

Two Windsor agents. Two live pages. Named with their permission — because proof you can click beats promises you have to take on faith.

Proof 01 · Sold, still live

Rob Agnew

Manor Realty

2065 Verdun Avenue, Windsor

Thirty photos, nine story sections, a branded handout, and a QR path back to the live page.

Proof 02 · Active

Stephanie Ahlstedt

Manor Windsor Realty

465 Christopher, Windsor

Twenty-two photos, ten story sections, live inquiry, open-house, and consented-interest surfaces.

02Rob · Verdun

From listing to handout to front door.

Rob’s listing became a long-form editorial page: room-by-room navigation, thirty photos sequenced to the home, property facts, and his name and brokerage carried through every section. HousePeek produced a matching branded open-house handout, and its QR code routes print readers straight back to the live page — with the visit source recorded.

The home has since sold. The page is still live, still inspectable — because work this good shouldn’t disappear when the sign comes down.

03Stephanie · Christopher

A second listing. A second design.

Stephanie’s listing doesn’t reuse Rob’s layout — because no two homes should. Her page leads with the property, opens into narrative feature sections, specifications, finishes and neighbourhood, and closes on a showing section buyers can act on.

Behind the page, the buyer surfaces are live: a showing-inquiry form, an open-house check-in, and a “Peek Inside” prompt that captures consented interest in the home’s documents before anyone reads further.

04What HousePeek builds

Built around the listing. Connected around the agent.

01

An editorial listing page — not a template.

Each page is designed around the property: its rooms, its finishes, its neighbourhood. Two clients, two visibly different designs. Yours would be a third.

02

Your identity, front and centre.

Your name, your photo, your brokerage, and one-tap call and email links carry through the whole experience. The listing markets the home — and the agent.

03

Print that connects back to the page.

HousePeek can produce branded open-house handouts and flyers tied to your listing, with a QR code that routes print readers to the live page and records where the visit came from.

04

Buyer interest, captured with consent.

Showing inquiries, open-house check-ins, and gated-interest prompts collect buyer details with explicit consent — so interest becomes a record you can follow up, not a stranger who walked through.

05

A public home for your listings.

Your Agent Hub presents your listings, your team, and buyer-intake forms like “Find My Match” — a portfolio buyers can browse and act on, linked from every page.

06

Seller-ready reporting.

HousePeek can generate a dated activity summary for your listing — visits, interactions, inquiries — formatted to hand to your seller at your next check-in.

05 · Claim boundary

Straight answers, because you’ll check anyway.

  1. 01

We show recorded visits and interactions — real event records, dated and frozen at the time they were counted. We don’t call them unique buyers, and we don’t call them sales.

  2. 02

We capture consented buyer interest. We don’t guarantee leads, response times, or outcomes — no honest platform can.

  3. 03

Reports are generated for you to send. We don’t claim automatic delivery or scheduled sends.

  4. 04

Every example on this page is live client work, named with the client’s permission, and linked so you can verify it yourself.
